Capability House was born from a shared belief: development should make a difference long after the workshop ends.
After years working inside fast-growing, complex organisations, we had both seen learning and development from many angles. Gunjan was building talent, leadership and organisational capability strategies across diverse international markets, while Rebecca was working at the intersection of commercial performance, sales enablement, media and learning.
Our paths came together, where we worked closely across some of the world’s fastest-changing markets. We saw first-hand what happens when capability is truly connected to the business and equally, how easily learning can become disconnected from the challenges people are actually trying to solve.
We created Capability House because we wanted to do things differently.
We wanted the freedom to start with the problem, not the programme. To bring together strategic thinking and practical learning. And to give clients direct access to experienced practitioners who understand what it feels like to lead, sell, develop people and deliver results in complex organisations.
Today, that experience shapes how we work with every client: understand what is really getting in the way, build the capability that matters, and create change people can actually use.
Two different perspectives. One shared philosophy.
Gunjan brings deep expertise in organisational development, leadership, talent strategy and coaching. Rebecca brings a commercial and customer-focused perspective shaped by digital media, sales enablement, learning design and facilitation.
Together, we combine the organisational and the individual, the strategic and the practical, and people development with business performance.
